    Our Family Support Services

Nash Mills is part of the Gade and Kings Langley Partnership of Schools Family Support service.  They work within the local community to provide children and families with a range of support to help improve achievement, wellbeing and other opportunities.

If ever you needed support from the Family Worker, we would be happy to discuss with you the work that they could do.  Alternatively, you could contact them directly.

More information can be found using this link.

The partnership offers access to a wide range of support for both parents and carers. The Gade Schools and Kings Langley Schools Partnership teams can provide a range of Family and Parent Support services who can support any concerns a family may be facing with their child at home or at school. Issues may be varied. For example:

    • Changing Schools (transition phase)
    • Loss or bereavement
    • Financial Concerns
    • Housing Concerns
    • Issues with friendships
    • Bullying
    • Family breakdowns
    • Being in an abusive relationship
    • Managing challenging behaviour
    • Social Media and E-Safety
    • Temperamental teenagers
    • Communicating with your child
    • Helping with your child’s learning
    • Issues with smoking, drugs or alcohol

Support can be provided in the form of advice, signposting to specialist agencies or help or purely someone with whom families can share concerns with.
