    Complaints Policy

We aim to resolve all concerns and complaints as quickly as possible.

Within our complaints policy, which can be accessed below, there is a process by which parents should seek to resolve a problem or concern before engaging with this policy.  Without carrying out the initial steps, we are unable to explore the issue further.

If there is an issue, parents should:

    1. Arrange to speak to the class teacher to try and find a resolution.
    2. If no resolution can be found, they should then arrange a meeting with the Headteacher.
    3. If, following this, a resolution has not been found, the complaints policy can then be used.
