House Groups

At Nash Mills, each pupil and member of staff is designated a House Group.  They will stay in these groups for their entire time at our school.  Throughout the year, the children will be encouraged to collaborate within their House Groups and to compete against others.

Our House Groups are:

   Alban    Canterbury  Durham    York

Each Group is lead by a team of House and Vice Captains, who represent their Houses when making whole school decisions and lead their Houses at events such as Sports Day.  This year's representatives, as elected by pupils and staff are:

Alban

Within class, pupils can be awarded House Points for excellent work or for demonstrating the school’s Golden Rules or values really well.  These House Points are collected in our House Point display at the front of the school, and go towards termly competition, whereby the children can celebrate their individual achievements as a whole group.

As we go through the school year, Houses will also carry out different activities together to promote our family ethos.
